If you read the rules and regulations closely from what I understand of it you only get to pick "1" time. You have to maintain atleast a 400 PRV all 4 months or you don't qualify for anything. So, for example if you get 400 in April, May, and June and then in July only get 350 you get nothing. Everyone definately needs to go read the fine print because it is different then the way it was presented on the first email.
